In my 16 months experience using Linux, I was wondering if there was any Vendors out there in the Linux World like Apple that could provide the Out of the Box support that all end users crave. In other words, you order a device (Laptop, PC, Tablet, Smartphone, whatever) and you turn on the power button and everything you need is installed and works like a charm. Well, you might want to check out ThinkPenguin.com.
No, I have not ordered or tried any of their products yet but if you are one of those people who want to try something new and don't want the hassle of doing all the manual installation and configuration yourself, you might want to give these folks a shout.
They have some cool looking desktop computers:

If I had the money I might want to try The Home Theater PC Libre Style v3 box. Having a big screen TV and a Linux OS you can do your Word processing and other normal PC stuff on sounds really cool.
They also offer accessories and other peripherals compatible to your PC like printers:

And you can decide what other free software you want to have pre-installed with your PC:

Most importantly, they offer support and warranty for their products:

I am curious to know if anyone has purchased any of their products and what the experience was like. Please share your experiences in the Comment section below if you have.
